When will my hoops arrive?
Your hoop earrings will arrive in 1 or 2 working days!
Can I return my hoops?
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to exchange earrings.
However, if there is a fault or they are unworn we are more than happy to exchange or fully refund your item.
Goods must be returned unworn within 30 days of receipt.
Please make sure that you return the goods by Royal Mail to ensure a secure and traceable delivery.
I've lost a hoop. Do you sell singles?
